The cost of diesel fuel continues to be a hot topic these days. Being in constant short supply, there is little pressure to bring prices down. Add in the fact that there have been no new oil refineries built in North America for over 30 years and you have a situation of higher demand and reduced supply. SO FUEL PRICES RISE ... AND THE CONSUMER PAYS. Ford Motor Company working with our affiliates in Warren, Michigan, (Consolidated Diesel Magnum) has finalized their assessment of The Diesel Magnum™ on a corporate owned Kenworth Highway Tractor. The truck is powered by a C14 Caterpillar engine. An S.A.E. paper is soon to be published on their results. Here in Canada and around the world, many progressively thinking companies are installing The Diesel Magnum™ on their fleet vehicles to offset their ever-rising Operational Fuel Costs. From highway tractors, to school buses & cargo handling equipment, garbage trucks and stationary generator sets: THE DIESEL MAGNUM™ CAN REDUCE THE OPERATIONAL FUEL COSTS. The below two trucks were retrofitted with The Diesel Magnum™ in June of 2008 at our certified installation centre in Toronto, Ontario. Fuel savings shown are for the month of August 2008.
